To make WallStreet Bookmarks your home page follow these instructions:

For Netscape Navigator users:
  1. Select "Options", "General Preferences..."
     from the main menu. 
  2. Select the first tab, "Appearance" 
  3. In the "Startup" box, do the following:
     a.  For "On Startup Launch:" with the mouse select "Netscape Browser" 
     b.  For "Browser Starts With:", select "Home Page Location"
         and enter:

         http://www.wallstreetbookmarks.com/index.html
    
  4. Click OK at the bottom of the panel. 
  5. Now click the browser's Home button to test.


For Internet Explorer users:
  1. Select "View", "Options"
     from the main menu. 
  2. Select the third tab, "Navigation" 
  3. In the "Customize" box, do the following:
     a.  Set the drag down list for "Page" to "Start Page" (probably already there) 
     b.  For "Address", enter:

         http://www.wallstreetbookmarks.com/index.html
    
  4. Click OK at the bottom of the panel. 
  5. Now click the browser's Home button to test.
